But it looks like Kelley and Scott have let bygones be bygones after she recently apologised to him for her erratic behaviour.
Taking to her IG handle, Kelley revealed that she experienced “breakthrough drug-induced mania with psychosis,” which left her struggling with delusions. Kelley said she felt as though her "brain had been hijacked", revealing that she has spent the past year working with doctors, therapists and psychologists. Not just this, she also apologised to her estranged husband, Scott and their children.
Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf’s divorce drama turned so ugly that she was banned from contacting her children. Since the pair announced their split in June 2025, Scott and Kelley were involved in a messy custody battle over their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. They had a temporary custody agreement, which Kelley allegedly violated in July 2025 when she posted a video showing her attempt to get into the family home.
After the incident, Scott was granted temporary sole physical custody of their children. The judge also issued a protective order against Kelley. The order prohibited Kelley from having any direct or indirect contact with her ex or their three children. The order also asked Kelley to stay 300 feet away from Scott.
Scott Wolf met Kelley in 2002; they tied the knot in 2004, and they welcomed three kids. However, after 21 years of marital bliss, the couple announced their separation in June 2025. She shared that it had been a long journey for her, rooted in hope, patience, and care for her children.
Although the duo decided to remain silent about the cause of their separation, Kelley claimed that despite Scott filing for divorce, she was the one who initiated it a year ago when she wanted to get out of the marriage due to psychological abuse, child abuse, and child endangerment.
Soon, Kelley and Scott’s divorce battle turned ugly after she attempted to take their minor children out of the country. In one of her Instagram Live sessions, Kelley Wolf shared that she tried to enter her home in Park City to get her basic items.
The video was posted two weeks after the court had placed a restraining order on her. In the video, Kelley revealed that she tried everything to get into her home but couldn’t. She was quoted as saying:
“I’ve spent the last nights sleeping in my car because Sundance Mountain Resort has banned me. I’m about to meet up with a deputy … who’s going to escort me into my home so I can get some money I have saved, because I now have only $6 to my name. I’m sick of sleeping in my car. I’m sick of being treated like I’m crazy, and by the way, I might be a little crazy.”
Soon after Kelley’s live video went live, people started responding to it. However, what caught everyone’s attention was Kelley and Scott’s 16-year-old son, Jackson, who responded to her video and wrote in the comment section:
“This is insane, Mom. What are you doing?”
