In the recent episode of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 14', the show's host, Amitabh Bachchan, remembered his late mother, Teji Bachchan and recalled the fond memories he had with her in his life.
The popular game reality show, Kaun Banega Crorepati's latest episode featured a contestant named Japsimran Kaur. It was an entertaining episode filled with both sentimental and humorous moments. During the course of the show, the show’s host, Amitabh Bachchan asked Japsimran to open up about her bond with her grandmother. Answering the same, Japsimran shared that she was closest to her grandmother, which was why every moment that she had spent with her was quite precious to her. Also, the contestant got a bit emotional while talking about the bond she had with her grandmother.
In order to console the contestant, Amitabh Bachchan also recalled the priceless memories he had with his late mother, Teji Bachchan. While recalling the same, Big B admitted that even to this very day, he misses his mother badly almost every single day of his life. The actor also emphasised the importance of memories that we created with our family members and titled them the most precious moments of a person’s life. Amitabh Bachchan clearly admitted that for him, his family is his topmost priority and spending time and creating memories with them is what he always prioritises over everything else in his life.

This isn’t the first time when Amitabh Bachchan opened up about his late mother, Teji Bachchan, on his game reality show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. We have often seen him sharing memorable anecdotes from his childhood days that featured his dearest mommy. From opening up about the time when his mom had beaten him to praising his mommy for everything that she had done for their family, Big B had always spoken highly of his mother in public.
In one of the episodes of the game reality show, Kaun Banega Crorepati 14, the show’s host, Amitabh Bachchan had once shared a hilarious incident from his childhood days. The veteran actor had shared how his late mother, Teji Bachchan had thrashed him for listening to a cricket match commentary over a transistor. Big B admitted that he was trying to be smart by taking the radio inside his blanket and thought that his mother wouldn’t be able to catch him. However, the actor added that his mother was smart enough to catch him, and when she did, she wasted no time in thrashing him.

In the same revelation, Big B added that his father, Harivansh Rai Bachchan was sleeping in another room, which was why he thought of listening to the cricket match commentary. But he was unaware of the fact that his mommy, Teji Bachchan was not sleeping. However, the actor admitted that his mother always had a tight grip on him when teaching him valuable life lessons. Big B praised his mother and credited her for bringing discipline and a righteous approach to his life.
