On one of the recent episodes of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 13', Amitabh Bachchan revealed stories behind his cool gifts, which he had received from his son, Abhishek and granddaughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.

Time and again, we have seen Amitabh Bachchan showering his immense love on his family members by posting touching notes about them on his social media handles. However, this time around, the legendary actor unveiled the cute stories behind some cool gifts, which he had received as a gift from his son, Abhishek Bachchan and granddaughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.

During one of the recent episodes of the popular reality game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati 13, Osheen Patwa showed some pictures of the show's host, Amitabh Bachchan, to himself and the audience in attendance. While in the first picture, Big B can be seen wearing a colourful sweatshirt, in the second one, he looked dashing in a flashy pair of sunglasses. When Osheen urged Amitabh to reveal the place from where he bought these two cool and classy things, the iconic actor revealed that both the things he had received as a gift, the vibrant jacket from his son, Abhishek Bachchan and the party sunglasses from his granddaughter, Aaradhya.
Revealing more details about the two things, Amitabh Bachchan stated that his actor-son, Abhishek Bachchan, had gifted him the rainbow sweatshirt on one of his birthdays. He said, “Yeh jo humare suputra hain, unhone humko humare janamdiwas pe bhaint kiya tha.” Moving forward to the second gift, a pair of funky party sunglasses, the veteran actor added that his granddaughter, Aaradhya Bachchan bought these goggles for him during their New Year celebration. Big B added, “Yeh jo humari poti hai Aaradhya, unhone laa ke diya hai humein.”

On July 27, 2020, Amitabh Bachchan had penned a note on his official blog on Tumblr where he had expressed how his little granddaughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, had asked him not to cry and assured him that he would be home soon. Expressing his emotions, he had written, "they go home the little one and Bahurani .. and the tears flow out .. the little one embraces and tells me not to cry ..' you'll be home soon' she assures... I must believe her."
When Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan had gotten discharged from the hospital last year after getting infected by COVID-19, Amitabh Bachchan was overwhelmed with emotions. He had expressed his happiness over the same on his social media handles. Sharing a picture of his daughter-in-law, Aishwarya and granddaughter, Aaradhya, Big B had written, "Apni chhoti bitiya aur bahurani ko aspatal se mukti milne par, main rok na paaya apne aansoo. Prabhu teri kripa apaar, aprampaar."
