Latest reports have claimed that Kauna lost her life after falling from the balcony of a tall building in Dubai. Kauana was active on Instagram with more than 22,000 followers, and her timeline was flooded with pictures that she clicked on various occasions.

Compared to other popular faces, Kauana Bilhar preferred to keep her personal life away from the spotlight. However, it has been confirmed that Kauana Bilhar was in a relationship with Barbara Abrantes, who was reportedly staying with her in the same building before her death. As per some reports, the duo was engaged.
Notably, Barbara was the one who first informed Kauana’s family about her death. Barbara also started seeking help from a friend by sending a voice message. Barbara told the person that her parents cannot find out what had happened.
While Kauana’s death is being investigated, Barbara’s witness statements are also being checked by the police. Barbara also told the police that everything was fine between her and Kauana. A few days before her death, Kauana also shared an Instagram post dedicated to her girlfriend. Kauana added some photos to the post, where she was spotted posing with a bouquet of roses and a cat. The caption stated:
“Some dreams carry a story behind them. You know how much I wished I had a British Shorthair and how much my heart was broken when I tried to achieve that dream and ended up getting heat. For a while, I thought that had taken away from me the joy and hope of living in the moment.”
Kauana Bilhar also wrote that her sad memories have become the greatest joys of her life because of the love and care she received from Barbara. Kauana referred to the cat, writing that although he has arrived recently, he reminds her of Barbara and her affection. Kauana ended by writing:
“He brought even more joy to my days, but what warms my heart the most is knowing that you made it all possible. Thank you for believing in my dreams when I was already afraid to believe. I’m completely fulfilled, happy and even more in love with you. I love you.”
Although Kauana mentioned Barbara in the caption and included a link to her profile, Barbara’s Instagram account is currently unavailable.
Kauana Bilhar died after reportedly falling from the 27th floor of a Dubai skyscraper. However, an investigation has been launched to determine if it was an accidental death or a part of some criminal plan. The apartment is being checked by experts to find evidence related to the death.
As of this writing, Kauana Bilhar’s mother, Darla, went to the United Arab Emirates to make the necessary arrangements for her daughter’s dead body to be brought back to Brazil. Darla also shared a video on July 9, 2026, on Instagram, addressing the stories, comments, and allegations that were emerging against Kauana after her death. Darla said in the video:
“I have to watch my daughter’s memory being judged, exposed, and disrespected by people who didn’t know her story. It’s easy to be a judge when the pain belongs to someone else. It’s hard to imagine what our family is going through right now. My daughter deserves respect. Those who really knew her know what kind of person she was, her dreams, her humanity.”
Darla requested that the media treat the incident with responsibility and dignity. She also asked the people to have empathy instead of spreading rumours or sharing their opinions without knowing the reality.
