Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have named their son, Vihaan Kaushal. 'Chachu', Sunny Kaushal, and grandfather, Sham Kaushal, have reacted to the same.
Bollywood power couple, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, on January 7, 2026, took to their Instagram handle to reveal the name of their son. On November 7, 2025, the couple welcomed a baby boy, who turned three months old on January 7, 2026. Katrina and Vicky have named their son, Vihaan Kaushal. Now, new uncle, Sunny and dadaji, Shyam have expressed their joy by penning sweet notes for little Vihaan.
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are the newest parents in town. Vihaan's chachu, Sunny Kaushal, and dadaji, Sham Kaushal, showcased their love and blessings when Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif announced the name of their baby boy, Vihaan. Veteran action director and new grandfather, Sham, shared Vicky and Katrina's baby boy's name announcement photo on his Instagram Stories. In the caption, he penned:
"Mera potaa grandson (Vihaan Kaushal). Bhagwan ka jitna bhi shukar karu kam hai. Blessings, blessings and blessings."
The newest chachu in town, Sunny Kaushal, is also on cloud nine and has loved the name for Katrina and Vicky's son, Vihaan. A while back, Sunny reposted Vicky and Katrina's baby boy's name announcement on his Instagram Stories. In the caption, he explained the meaning of the name, Vihaan, and wrote, "Vihaan. The first ray of light."
For the unversed, Vihaan reportedly has a Sanskrit-related origin. The name typically means "dawn" or "sunlight". Vicky and Katrina, while announcing the name of their little boy, shared an unseen picture of baby Vihaan. The parents were seen holding the tiny hand of little Vihaan, and in the caption wrote:
"Our Ray of Light Vihaan Kaushal. Prayers are answered. Life is beautiful. Our world is changed in an instant. Gratitude beyond words."
On November 1, 2025, Katrina Kaif was seen leaving the hospital with her little one. During that time, earlier, Sunny Kaushal was seen leaving Mumbai, and when paps had spotted him at the Mumbai Airport, they addressed him as chachu. His reaction to being called an uncle pleased all. Sunny, with a humble smile, told the photographers, 'thank you' and also posed for the paps.
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have joined the parents club. When their baby boy arrived, the couple, on a joint Instagram note, wrote that their bundle of joy had arrived. With immense love and gratitude, they have welcomed their baby boy. Sunny had reshared the announcement note on his Instagram with a caption that read, "Main chacha ban gaya."
When Sham Kaushal became a grandfather, he posted on Instagram to express his happiness. He had thanked the Almighty in his post for being generous towards his family. Sham wrote that no amount of gratitude feels enough in front of the blessings of the Almighty. Sham's note read:
"Shukariya Rab Da…Kal se Bhagwan ka mere parivar pe etna meherban rehne ke liye jitna bhi shukar kar raha hun, unki blessings ke samne kam pad raha hai. God is and has been so kind.
