Kareena Kapoor Khan's Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar Opens Up About Her Pregnancy And Eating Habits

Our very own vivacious and multi-talented super star Kareena Kapoor Khan is hitting headlines back to back for all good reasons. Recently, mommy-to-be talked awesomely about whether she wants a baby girl or a baby boy. And this time our gorgeous to-be mommy is in news for her dietary habits during this awesome phase of her life. In case you people have seen her recent pictures, you might have noticed the way she is glowing.

She is still working, managing those hectic schedules like she earlier used to do and she looks unequivocally healthy. Kareena seems to be in the best of her health, no?

And much of the credit for the same goes to one and only celebrity nutritionist, Rujuta Diwekar. She is the one who has been with her right from the ‘size zero’ time until now.

Rujuta Diwekar is not only a nutritionist to Kareena Kapoor, but she is amongst her good friends as well. In a recent interview with a leading daily, she has opened a lot of stuff about Kareena’s dietary habits during these days.

Rujuta said that the actress choice of eating food is simple and right. Here’s what the nutritionist stated:

“She’s happier eating a homegrown banana, dal chawal or roti sabzi when in Mumbai and will opt for kachori when shooting in Rajasthan and pasta when in London. Kareena’s food is simple and right.”

Rujuta further added that Kareena has evolved over the years and can become a better nutritionist than her. She even stated that it’s not only through her pregnancy period that she is following this healthier diet, but she picks food like this usually as well.

Rujuta was also quoted saying:

“She understands that she is presently living out a beautiful physical and physiological change, but it doesn’t have to take anything away from her acting calibre, or give people a reason to question her professional capabilities. She’s been eating seasonal food and filming like she always does.”
