There is this certain mystery associated with pregnancy. The question of whether it is a boy or a girl, what type of clothes to buy for a new baby, etc., are some things that always add an element of fun to the prospect of the arrival of a baby.
And this thing holds completely true for our beloved celebrities too. Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is going to have her first baby with hubby Saif Ali Khan, is equally excited for the arrival of their bundle of joy.

But, apart from all the happiness that the to-be parents and their families are experiencing at the moment, there is one thing that is upsetting the pretty would-be mommy. And you will be surprised to know what it is. They are the stupid questions people have been constantly asking her about her pregnancy.
Kareena recently said during an event in Mumbai:
Wherever I go these days there is just one question asked which I think is quite intrusive but, still I am asked 'whether it is a boy or a girl? Have you found out?' And I am like excuse me what difference does it make. I am a girl child I would love to have a girl. What is the difference? Probably I have done more for my parents than a son would.

The couple is expecting the baby in December this year (2016).
The gorgeous actress further added at the event where she went to support the Global Citizen Movement in India:
We are still in a nation where we have been asked ‘oh you are getting married and still going to work, oh you are having a child are you till going to work.’ These questions upset me. When I was asked if I would like to be part of this initiative my first reaction was as an expectant mother on this journey, nothing would make me happier than being part of a movement.

The diva who is known to be very firm about her beliefs and opinions had something very strong, yet touching to say:
Not just for me or my child but for the millions of children out there. For all those people who think a girl child is considered taboo, a girl is considered not equal enough, not up to a man but you must know a woman is the only soul that has the right to carry a soul in her. That is truly something that is a joy.
Very true, Kareena. Only a woman has the power to give birth and only she can understand how enriching an experience it is.

We have another piece of interesting information about the expecting couple to share with our lovely readers. Most of us know that three years back, Saif and Kareena had bought a lovely 4-storey house in Bandra West, Mumbai. The good news is that they have finally started decorating their new home and will most probably shift into their love haven by the beginning of 2017. A source close to the actress recently told a leading newspaper:
She meets her interior designer on a regular basis. She wants the new house to look classy.
Last year, Kareena was busy shooting for Ki & Ka and Udta Punjab, and therefore did not get much time to work on the interiors. The source added:
But now, she makes it a point to visit the new house at least thrice a month. The new house will have a garden, a terrace and a big bookshelf, since Saif is an avid reader.
