Josh Grisetti, who rose to fame for his performance on The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, took his own life on Friday, July 10, 2026 (ET). The news was further confirmed by the coroner's office. In a statement to the media outlet, California's Orange County Sheriff's Department coroner revealed that Josh died from a gunshot wound at the age of 44.
The autopsy report further elaborated on his injuries and cited multiple bilateral temporal calvarial fractures and a brain injury. The news came days after Josh Grisetti's friend and fellow co-actor, Rob McClure, confirmed his death over the weekend.
