Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleAfter Hugh Hefner's widow called Jon Lovitz the 'No. 1 customer' at the Playboy Mansion, the actor has broken his silence on the remark. Jon was seen in Los Angeles when he stopped to answer a few questions, including about Crystal Hefner's comment. However, he seems to have taken it in good spirit, calling it a 'compliment'.
Jon Lovitz has taken Crystal Hefner's "perv" claim about him as a badge of honor. According to a video obtained by Page Six, the comedian and actor gave a smug answer when asked about Hugh Hefner's widow, Crystal Hefner's comment. Jon, who was leaving a restaurant, stopped to respond to Crystal's recent claim that he was the Playboy Mansion's "No. 1 customer." He was quoted as saying:
"Any time someone says I'm No. 1, it's a compliment."
Jon Lovitz was out in Los Angeles when he was further asked to comment on Crystal Hefner's comment. When asked whether he had "lurked around" the mansion, the actor shrugged off the claim. Instead of giving a direct answer, he claimed the late Playboy boss, Hugh Hefner, was one of the nicest people. He added that he was generous, and everyone close to Hugh knew it. He was quoted as saying:
"Hugh Hefner was one of the nicest, most generous people I've ever met and all of his friends know it. That's all I have to say about that."
For those who are not aware of what Crystal Hefner said, her comment came during the Tuesday, October 27, 2026, episode of the Lisa Guerrero Unleashed podcast. During the conversation, Hugh Hefner's widow described Jon Lovitz as "one of the biggest pervs" and claimed that the comedian was at the Playboy Mansion all the time. She added that his eyes were on every woman who walked through the door. She was quoted as saying:
"He would be up there all the time. His eyes would go front to back [looking at] all the women that walked through the door at the party."
In the same conversation, she called Jon Lovitz a "lurker" whose dog "peed all over the place." She shared that she remembered him very well because it happened at every party. While the comment left many surprised, Jon was not the only one Crystal Hefner exposed. The Girl Next Door alum alleged that Jack Nicholson treated the Playboy Mansion like his personal "drive-thru." During an episode of After the Mansion, Crystal revealed:
"They used to call it Jack Nicholson's drive-thru at one point because he would drive up, grab some food or whatever else he could get there and leave. Any celebrity was treated extremely well whenever they visited. He would have Bill Maher for chats, hang with Berry Gordy of Motown, and then you'd see plenty of other people there. Buzz Aldrin, the original Catwoman."
Crystal Hefner, who was six decades younger than her husband, also made some shocking allegations against her late husband. Crystal claimed that her late husband sexually abused her and raped her throughout their relationship. In a disturbing revelation, she stated that she had witnessed him force other playmates to perform sexual acts they weren't comfortable with.
Crystal Hefner married Hugh Hefner in 2012, and they remained married until he died from cardiac arrest and respiratory failure at the age of 91 in September 2017. Since his death, she has been outspoken against her late husband, especially in her 2024 memoir, Only Say Good Things: Surviving Playboy and Finding Myself, in which she got candid about Hugh's alleged attempt to control her by telling her to lose weight and what to wear.
