He clarified that it was not a response to anything. The lyrics could be read as, 'Can’t believe my life right now / I feel on top of the world/ Should’ve seen my face when they told me it’s a baby girl.' While clarifying the intention behind this post, Jelly Roll said:
"This wasn’t posted today. t’s just going viral today, it is not a response to anything. All this post meant was I love my daughter and I’m honored to be on Latto’s song. Love y’all.”
