Jaime Pressly reportedly seemed out of it while she was seated in the lounge area of a California hotel, Signia by Hilton San Jose. The incident took place in late August 2026, just days before her GalaxyCon on appearance. Witnesses told TMZ that the My Name Is Earl star behaved unusually and said weird things during a phone call. She even reportedly touched another female guest's arm, who was there to attend a wedding, during which security had to intervene to bring the situation under control.
As per witnesses, during the phone call, Jaime Pressly could be heard saying, "Mommy loves you" and "You are the best husband I have ever divorced, and you are good to our kids." For the unversed, Jaime Pressly was married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh from 2009 until their divorce was finalized in 2011. Since then, she has reportedly been in a long-term relationship with her partner, Hamzi Hijazi.
Coming back to Jaime's California hotel eccentricities, she reportedly used abusive language while speaking loudly on her phone, which disturbed the other guests. She was allegedly drinking alcohol at that time. Witnesses shared that her unusual behavior during the phone call stemmed from her being under the influence. Jaime reportedly spoke loudly for about 30 minutes, during which she was approached by two security guards multiple times, who asked her to leave.
Jaime Pressly, however, reportedly paid no heed to security and continued her unruly behavior. She even pointed her finger at them to indicate that she wasn't done with the call and would need some more time. After she ignored the security warnings, they kicked her out of the hotel. A fellow guest also reportedly complained to the hotel authorities about the actress' behaviour, after which the authorities took action.
TMZ-obtained photos show Jaime in the hotel lounge at the time of the alleged incident. She was seen wearing a casual white T-shirt and beige pants while being escorted out of the premises by the guards.
