The 22-year-old has millions of followers on YouTube and TikTok. Doherty hit the headlines back in November 2025 for his arrest, which stemmed from him blocking traffic to shoot content as well as possessing drugs.
And now, almost a year later, Doherty hit the headlines again as he was recently arrested. This time, Doherty's arrest was for domestic violence. Reportedly, he was involved in a physical dispute with a woman at a residence.
The Post revealed that Jack Doherty was arrested after officers responded to a 'domestic dispute' in the Riverside Park neighborhood. The incident took place on September 4, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale. Jack posed for a mugshot, and the photo was released, showing him with an injury to his cheek.
However, it couldn't be confirmed whether Doherty sustained the same injury during the fight or not. The woman who was involved in the physical altercation remained unharmed; however, she couldn't be identified as of now. Reports also claimed that Doherty acted in self-defense. He has been arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge and is held with no bond listed.
Amid Doherty's recent arrest, let's look at his controversial personal life, including his marriage to McKinley Richardson. They began dating in 2023, and broke up in 2025. Doherty and McKinley also got married in 2024; however, they were not legally bound. Their 2024 wedding was livestreamed and drew massive attention; one reason was Doherty's 'disgusting' vows.
The couple's marriage ended within a few months, and afterward, McKinley, who is herself a well-known social media influencer, spoke on Camilla Araujo’s podcast, saying that her family was deeply affected by the vows Doherty wrote. According to McKinley, Doherty made her dad stand up while he read the 'disgusting' vows, which even led her guardian to cry that day. Speaking more about the same, McKinley said:
"The vows that he wrote in front of my dad, he made my dad stand up centre stage and he read out these disgusting vows. Just fully disrespecting him, it was embarrassing, we were humiliated. It wasn't some sweet vow, it was very disrespectful. We finished up the wedding, we say goodbye, and he says on camera, 'thank God that they are gone'. They are the sweetest people ever, like that killed me.'"
Speaking of the vows, at their Las Vegas wedding, Jack Doherty mentioned that McKinley wouldn't get anything if he divorced her, even if he cheated on her. However, if she were to cheat on him, then she would have to pay him USD 10 million, and he would also receive 100 percent of her OnlyFans revenue moving forward, even if they get divorced.
In the same video, Jack could be heard saying that McKinley was not allowed to date or talk to any other guys if they got divorced for 250 years, and that she would still have to cook, clean, and do his laundry. It could not be confirmed whether he was joking or pulling pranks, but his comments were tagged as 'disgusting' and grabbed intense attention. McKinley admitted that it affected her and her entire family, hurt them, and eventually led to their split.
