Recently, Ishita Dutt and her husband, Vatsal Sheth shared heartwarming photos from their daughter, Veda's 'Annaprashan' ceremony.
Ishita Dutt is a popular actress, who is well known for her role in the Ajay Devgn starrer, Drishyam. Over the years, she has been loved by the audience for her natural and strong screen presence. However, do you know that Ishita is married to actor, Vatsal Sheth and the duo have two children? Well, recently the Drishyam actress shared a heartwarming glimpse from her daughter's Annaprashan ceremony.
On December 28, 2025, actress, Ishita Dutt took to her Instagram handle to share glimpses from their daughter, Veda’s Annaprashan ceremony. For the unversed, Annaprashan is a traditional ritual, which marks the child's first intake of a solid food. Ishita and Vatsal's daughter had her first bite of rice. In the photos shared, the actress looked elegant in a saree, while her husband, Vatsal and their son, Vaayu were seen twinning in matching yellow kurtas and white pajamas. The little angel, Veda, looked super cute in a red-and-white lehenga. Ishita captioned the post as:
"Veda’s first taste of rice, wrapped in blessings, love, and tradition. Bengali Annaprashan. @jhabla.co Thank you for making the most adorable and comfortable clothes for Veda."
It is worth mentioning that Ishita Dutt shared a series of warm and intimate pictures from the Annaprashan ceremony. The first photo featured their nuclear family, in which Vatsal was holding Vaayu and Ishita with Veda. Other photos included photos from the Annaprashan ceremony, which featured their extended family. Ishita's post also included a snapshot of Veda's little hands and a customised cake. It is worth mentioning that Veda’s face was hidden in all the pictures.
Ishita Dutt and Vatsal Sheth are undoubtedly the cutest couple. For those who do not know, the two met on the set of the television show, Rishton Ka Saudagar- Baazigar in 2016. Soon, their friendship blossomed into love. In 2017, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony. Years later, in July 2023, the couple embraced parenthood for the first time, with their son, Vaayu.
Two years later, in 2025, the duo welcomed their daughter, Veda. Over the years, both Ishita and Vatsal have been very vocal about their relationship. In 2025, the two celebrated their 8th anniversary. For the same Ishita had shared an unseen photo from their wedding and penned:
"Happy Anniversary, Vatty. Eight years, two beautiful babies… And a lifetime of love to go. Us, always and forever."
Ishita Dutt is a popular actress, who was most recently seen in the film, De De Pyaar De 2. She played the role of R. Madhavan and Gautami Kapoor's daughter-in-law. Ishita started her acting career with television and slowly moved into films. She gained widespread recognition with Drishyam and Drishyam 2, where she played Ajay Devgn's daughter.
