For the unversed, the couple got married in March 2026, and their fans only learned of the news after Isha’s mother posted pictures from their intimate wedding. Though Badshah didn’t formally announce it, Isha confirmed the marriage.
In a throwback interview with PTC Punjab, Isha Rikhi recalled her first meeting with Badshah and revealed that despite his immense fame, he is very down-to-earth. As per Isha, Badshah had never shown any airs around him and has always been understanding. In the same interaction, Isha also revealed that she had known the rapper for four to five years.
The Punjabi actress also revealed her initial thoughts about the rapper, saying he might be just like the image he portrays on-screen. She felt that, just like other popular rappers, Badshah might also have tantrums, but he is totally the opposite. Isha called Badshah sweet, genuine, and very understanding.

After Badshah’s divorce from his first wife, Jasmine, his name was linked to many people, including Isha Rikhi. Over the years, as the speculations grew, Badshah shut down the rumors and called the reports ‘rubbish’. However, in early 2026, there were reports of his intimate wedding with Isha after their wedding pictures made their way.
Badshah kept mum, while Isha acknowledged the reports and confirmed the news. She also shared a cozy picture with him. However, in July 2026, Isha shared a cryptic post on her social media handle, accompanied by a video compilation of some of her intimate moments with Badshah. Along with the video, she wrote, “Every storm is a lesson. Every prayer is hope”, followed by a broken heart.
Soon, reports of trouble in the rapper’s marriage to Isha Rikhi began surfacing. A few days later, Isha penned another post about staying silent for a long time as she was scared of her husband’s influence and power. Her note mentioned words like ‘scars’ and ‘survival, which gave people a hint about violence involved in her marriage.
However, what caught our attention was the note from Punjabi singer and rapper Karan Aujla’s wife, Palak Aujla, for Isha. Not only did Palak come out in Isha’s support, but she also re-shared her post and wrote, “You are so strong, so beautiful, but you also got this, my love.” Actress Shruti Sodhi also reshared the post on her IG stories and revealed how she has witnessed Isha’s marital discord. She penned:
“As a witness to everything you have been and are still going through, I and the others close to you have seen you deal with it all with integrity, sincerity and truthfulness. Continue being strong. Standing by you, standing by the truth.”
Finally, on August 31, 2026, Badshah shut down all the rumours once and for all when, in a collaborative post with Isha, he confirmed their split. Seeking privacy from social media users, they penned:
“Me & Isha have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time. This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship."
