A 43-year-old influencer, Igho 'Tiny' Ubiribo pased away after he got genital enlargement fillers in Thailand. What followed was a horrific episode that shows why cosmetic surgeris are problematic.

The influencer and businessman died after he underwent a cosmetic penis enlargement procedure on March 6, 2026, while he was on a luxury vacation in Thailand with his wife, Dani Allen.
Igho 'Tiny' Ubiribo was married to Dani Allen. The couple had a grand wedding in 2022 in Zimbawe. Talking about his wife, Danielle Simba Allen is a fashion designer and socialite, who would often share her life on social media. But she has stopped posting about life entirely on Instagram since November 2025.
Talking about, Igho's passing, he was known for flaunting his wealth on social media, and reports claim that he had spent huge money for his penis enlargement procedure which ended up taking his life. The 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman received an injection of 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine at an unidentified clinic in Thailand while they were on a vacation.
The couple was staying at Marriort Hotel in Bangkok. After Igho got the filler, he along with his wife, went for a massage. However, Igho felt discomfort during the session and began experiencing chest pain and he fainted twice. After which, his wife, Danielle rushed him to Sukhumvit Hospital.
As per reports, Igho was stable at the hospital and was responding to the doctors' questions. His wife was the one who mentioned about the filler injections he had received. Within no time, things went downhill for Igho as he lost consciousness even before a CT scan could be performed.
It was later determined that Igho might had suffered a pulmonary embolism, which caused a blood clot, which blocked a blood vessel in the lungs. He was admited to ICU, where medical staff did their best to revive him for more than 100 minutes, but he passed away.
His postmortem examination revealed there were cellular material in his lungs with the hyaluronic acid used in the injection. His cause of death was revealed as a pulmonary embloism resulted from the penis englargement procedure.
Igho was a famous influencer and boasted nearly 185,000 followers on Instagram. He would often show off his luxury lifestyle on Instagram. He had a huge home worth USD 1.1 million in Los Angeles' Crenshaw neighbourhood, and an apartment worth USD 600,00 in London.
After his death, Igho was burried in London in a gold coffin worth USD 745,000. His funeral was attended by Nigerian superstar Davido, who broke down while talking about him. As per reports, the penis enlargement can cost upto USD 9,000 and last for six to nine months, but this episode highlightst the potention risks and serious complications involving the procedure.
Following Igho's tragic death, his friend, Bar Man posted a video giving him a tribute. He shared a note talking about Igho's luxurious lifestyle and it was kept at the time of his death. The post could be read as:
"Rest Easy Brother @ego2222. Even In Death, The Lifestyle Was Kept For You. Today London Stood Still For You Tiny, We Love You, We Celebrate You & We Will Never Forget You Brother, We Lived Bro, Good Memories."
