In Pics: 'Kaahin Kissii Roz' Fame Actress Gouri Tonk's Baby Shower

The two very famous television stars, Yash and Gouri Tonk of Kaahin Kissii Roz fame are on cloud nine these days. We all know this duo fell in love on the sets of the show and married each other thereafter. And now, after almost 14 years of marriage, this lovely couple is all set to embrace parenthood once again.

Gouri, who is enjoying every bit of this beautiful phase of her life for the second time, had a baby shower recently. The pictures of the baby shower clearly show the pregnancy glow on the to-be mom’s face. Dressed in a green gown teamed up with a floral tiara, Gouri looked fresh as a daisy at her baby shower.

Gouri’s friends from the industry, Hunar Hale, Chhavi Pandey and Nidhi Uttam were present at the do, and it is quite evident from the pictures that the girls had a gala time at the event.

Yash and Gouri already have a 13 years old daughter, whom they have named Pari.

How they named their daughter is quite an interesting story. Talking about the same, Gouri said in an interview:

“We hadn't pre-decided our first child's name. Because I was sleepless during my first pregnancy, my doctor started calling me Pari, and that's how we named the baby.”

And hence, they have not even planned any name for their soon-to-arrive little bundle of joy. Here’s what Gouri told:

“I am waiting for another story to unfold, so that I can name my second child. I wanted my first child to be a daughter, but there is no preference this time around.”

Talking further about her daughter as well as her pregnancy, Gouri said:

“Like Pari, even this baby is unplanned. Pari was born two weeks before our first anniversary. She is elated and has started mothering me. She can't stop thanking me.”

And talking about the to-be dad, Yash’s feelings at this moment, Gouri added:

“He was ecstatic. Honestly, I didn't expect anyone to react the way they did, including my extended family. After my first child, I wanted to get back to work. So, the plan to have another baby was put on the back-burner.”
