Bollywood's cutest couple, Genelia Deshmukh and Riteish Deshmukh never fail to give us relationship goals. The couple often shares a sneak peek of their life on their respective Instagram handles. From being co-actors to being lovers and then life-partners, the duo has been together for over a decade. Recently, Genelia shared a romantic video with her hubby, Riteish, and it was ruined by their dog cutely.
Genelia D'Souza and Riteish Deshmukh had met each other for the shoot of their film, Tujhe Meri Kasam, but at that time, never had they ever thought they would be spending a lifetime together. Genelia had turned 'Mrs Deshmukh' on February 03, 2012, and for the past nine years, they are inspiring us with their love.
On July 8, 2021, Genelia shared a super cute video on her IG handle with her hubby, Riteish. In the video, we can see Genelia donning a beautiful red-coloured ensemble. On February 3, 2021, Riteish and Genelia had celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary. Ritesh had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted a lovely picture with his baiko, Genelia. We could see Riteish donning a gorgeous green kurta in the picture, while Genelia was seen wearing a yellow-coloured saree.
The actor was resting his head on his wifey, Genelia's shoulder. Alongside the picture, he had written a cute anniversary wish for her, which could be read as "This is my resting place forever, I will live here, for this is the home I desired. Happy anniversary baiko @geneliad."
Talking about Genelia Deshmukh and Ritesh Deshmukh's love story, they had opened up on their relationship in an interview with Bollywood Bubble. Riteish had opened up on the dreamy proposal and had shared, "So what I did was, shaadi ho rahi thi, I told her I have to buy some stuff lets go to Taj. We sat in the car and reached Taj. I stopped the car on the opposite side towards the Gateway (of India) and she asked, ‘Why are you stopping the car here?’."
He had further added, "I said, ‘Let’s just walk across because there’s lot of traffic.’ She got out. I had a jacket so I wore my jacket. She wondered why was I wearing a jacket. I took her down towards the jetty and we got on a speed boat. It was evening time. Then we went on a yacht which was of my friend. He was kind enough to let me have it for the evening."
