He gave an update on Dipika's very low iron levels and stated that a couple of things had come up. She was given iron via an IV, and after that, they will head home in one and a half to two hours.
Shoaib Ibrahim had revealed that, unlike the earlier sessions, Dipika had to be admitted for the entire night for treatment. The treatment was completed as a part of the day-care procedure. Shoaib explained that last time they had to get admitted for an entire night. But this time, they have managed to get it done as a day-care procedure, so they can get home to Ruhaan.

As he’s growing up, he’s becoming more attached to Dipika, especially over the past month because he wasn't home. Shoaib added:
"As he’s growing up, he’s becoming more attached to Dipika, especially over the past month because I wasn’t home, Papa wasn’t home, and Dev bhaiya wasn’t there either. It was just Dipika, Dipika, Dipika."
Dipika also assured her fans that her health was doing much better, but she has been drowsy due to the pre-medication before the fusion. She stated that everything was good, but she felt a little dizzy because they gave her a medicine beforehand as pre-medication, which induced drowsiness. That has been all; otherwise, everything has been absolutely fine.
She added that these kinds of hospital visits have somehow become a part of her treatment; this has now become a routine every 20–21 days. A user who saw Dipika undergo infusion treatment wrote, "Hats off to Dipika for prioritising the child and family." Guys, it's not easy; cancer therapy is very harsh on the body. "I am not able to give Ruhaan time sometimes. On the days I am fatigued, I just sleep. If I am in the hospital, I cannot be with Ruhaan. It does change when you are ill: your routine, your priorities change, your body needs rest."
