According to TMZ, sources connected to the Celeste Rivas homicide case have revealed that the grand jury currently hearing the testimony in the case is not just the one that will investigate the case. Instead, they are also expected to vote on indictments. Prosecutor Beth Silverman, known for managing high-profile murder prosecutions, reportedly holds the opinion that D4vd was involved in Celeste's death. Further, the outlet revealed that D4vD's manager, Robert Morgenroth, has testified for several days in the case.
He reportedly shared his frustration over the intense questioning about why they did not contact the police earlier in the matter. For those unaware, grand jury proceedings are secret, and legal insiders have revealed that the jury follows a specific prosecutorial direction when a suspect does not participate or present a defense, as defendants do not have that right in grand jury proceedings.
