Chirayu Rana Hires Lawyer Linked To Epstein Files In JP Morgan And Lorna Hajdini Sexual Assault Case

The JP Morgan case has taken a new turn amid speculations against Lorna Hajdini, as Chirayu Rana has hired lawyer, Daniel Kaiser, the same lawyer who is linked to Epstein Accusers.

The company, JP Morgan and its employee, Lorna Hajdini, have been hogging the headlines ever since the news of the latter's involvement in an alleged sexual assault case broke out. Lorna has been accused of racial discrimination, along with sexual assault, by a former junior employee, Chirayu Rana. However, as days pass, the case continues to grow more complicated. Amid that, the former JP Morgan employee has hired a lawyer who earlier represented women linked to the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Chirayu Rana hires a lawyer linked to the Epstein case to represent him in a lawsuit against JP Morgan and Lorna Hajdini

Former JP Morgan employee, Chirayu Rana, has accused a senior executive, Lorna Hajdini, of sexual harassment, hateful comments and racist remarks. However, amid that, a new report has surfaced online citing how Rana has now hired a well-known New York lawyer who earlier represented women linked to the Jeffrey Epstein case. As the case continues to get more complicated, the introduction of the lawyer connected to the Epstein case has once again caught everyone's attention.

For the unversed, Chirayu Rana, who is an Indian-origin former Wall Street analyst, is being represented by lawyer, Daniel Kaiser from the law firm Kaiser, Saurborn & Mair. What's interesting to note is the fact that Kaiser had earlier represented several women who accused Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender who died in 2019. While the world is not a stranger to either case, it will be interesting to see how things turn out now.

Chirayu Rana accuses JP Morgan Executive, Lorna Hajdini, of sexual assault

The month of May 2026 began with one of the biggest scandals of the year. The reputable company, JP Morgan, started making headlines for reasons no one expected. The former employee, Chirayu Rana, filed a lawsuit against JP Morgan executive director, Lorna Hajdini. He claimed that she drugged him with Viagra and sexually assaulted him several times. However, since then, both Hajdini and JP Morgan have denied the allegations. Nonetheless, the lawsuit continues to garner attention, with several serious accusations being a part of the case.

For the unversed, it seems like Chirayu Rana has alleged that Hajdini used drugs and pressure to control him. However, JP Morgan said its internal investigation found no evidence to support the claims. The bank also said Rana did not fully cooperate with the investigation and refused to provide important details. On the other hand, Hajdini's lawyers have also denied all allegations. Over time, several claims from Rana, lying about his family, to him being forced to participate in sexual activities he didn't consent to, have made headlines. Nonetheless, the authenticity of these claims remains in question.

JP Morgan offered USD 1 million in settlement, but Chirayu Rana demanded USD 20 million

According to The Wall Street Journal, JP Morgan had earlier offered Chirayu Rana about USD 1 million to settle the case. However, the word is that he refused the offer and instead demanded more than USD 20 million. Rana's lawyer, Daniel Kaiser, spoke with The New York Post and revealed:

"A motion was filed today to seek an order to permit my client to proceed by John Doe. Those papers attach corroborating evidence of his claims. And there is much more."

While the JP Morgan case was already in the headlines, it has further gained attention because Daniel Kaiser has represented several women who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexual abuse, including Jennifer Araoz, who filed a lawsuit against Epstein's estate and associates.

JP Morgan said its internal investigation, which included checking emails and work records, found no proof to support Chirayu Rana's allegations. The bank also said Rana and Hajdini worked in different reporting structures, meaning Hajdini had no authority over his salary or compensation. On the other hand, some of Rana's colleagues have described him as "socially awkward", while Hajdini is seen as successful and respected.
