Popular food influencer, Rajani Jain, lost her 17-year-old son, Taran Jain, in a tragic accident a year ago.
A year after her teenage son's tragic death, popular food influencer Rajani Jain, better known as Chatori Rajani, had to face another traumatic experience. She shared an elaborate video to reveal that she was physically assaulted during a long-running parking dispute in Delhi. Since Rajani has millions of followers across her social media platforms, she expressed her frustration over the situation. At the same time, she has appealed to the authorities for help.
Rajani Jain shared a video on her Instagram handle a while ago to share a deeply painful experience. She revealed that the whole issue started from an ongoing parking encroachment dispute. Despite owning a car park in their residential society, they have long been facing conflicts over it. The influencer alleged that one night recently, their car was illegally opened and moved from its parking space. In turn, when she and her husband checked the situation, a woman approached them and tried to physically confront her husband.
Things allegedly became more serious when Rajani stepped in to prevent the conflict. According to her social media post, she asked the woman to move away from her husband. However, the influencer claimed that the woman became more aggressive and allegedly attacked her. Eventually, Rajani had to go to the hospital for a checkup after the reported assault. In fact, she also claimed that despite knowing everything, no one from her neighbourhood came to their assistance. Sharing how she was harassed, Rajani penned:
"While we were checking, a third party came and tried to hit my husband, he stepped back and told that female we don't want to talk to you, but she kept coming near him to hit him. When I stepped in between and asked her to move away, she started pulling my hair and hit me, and then I also had to defend myself."
The food influencer further revealed that her family has now approached the police. At the same time, they have tried to register an FIR. Rajani has also requested authorities to get CCTV footage of the area to understand what went wrong. Later, Rajani expressed her disappointment over the situation. She claimed that law-abiding citizens often face challenges in getting timely justice. The influencer also requested support from the Delhi authorities.
The latest incident comes more than a year after Rajani and her familu faced an unimaginable personal loss, a year ago. Previously, she lost her teenage son, Taran Jain, in February 2025. He died suddenly in a tragic road accidently while reportedly returning home from his regular tuition classes. Eventually, the heartbreaking news shocked her followers, many of whom had watched Taran grow up through her social media content. The influencer later called it the most difficult period of her life.
But, despite stepping away from social media for a while, she returned and paid tribute to her son by sharing one of his favourite recipes. Taran used to offer his services in his mother's videos, helping with photography and behind-the-scenes creative work. After his death, Rajani openly discussed her grief, and the insensitive comments she git from trolls online.

In turn, she has also expanded her work in entrepreneurship and also wom multiple awards for her content.
