Celebs like Kajol, Rani Mukerji, Juhi Chawla, Raveena Tandon, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and many others marked their presence at the event.
Karan Johar's birthday party, which somehow looked like an award show had featured an array of celebs, dressed in their best attires. As it was a starry night for B-town, some celebs disappointed netizens with their choice of clothes at KJo's birthday bash and one of them was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Although a section of social media lauded her beauty, others were disappointed with her usual open hair and red lipstick look. Some even trolled her for donning a coat over her shimmery golden dress.
Joining the list, the next name is Malaika Arora, who donned a neon green jacket and shorts and flaunted her plunging neckline in a satin bralette. Malaika's bold look made her a victim of social media trolling and netizens mercilessly trolled her and even called her buddhi.
Juhi Chawla is another celebrity, who became a victim of social media trolling for her over the top look at the bash. She opted for a shimmery sharara with heavy jewellery and netizens questioned why she was overdressed?
Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's daughter, Shweta Bachchan Nanda also faced the backlash of netizens for overdressing. Shweta was seen in a red attire with heavy jewellery and a pair of sneakers. Calling her fashion, a disaster, netizens compared her look with 'Raadhe maa'.

The next celeb, who got trolled for her look is Anushka Sharma, who flaunted a tan look in an edgy black gown featuring a front cut-out and knee-length slit. The actress was trolled for looking tired and some even commented that after her delivery, she lost her beauty.
Ananya Panday is another celeb, who was mercilessly trolled for copying supermodel, Kendall Jenner's Met Gala 2021 look. She donned a sequined floor-touching sheer gown with subtle makeup and jewellery. Some loved her look, others called her 'local Kendall'.
The birthday boy, Karan Johar too wasn't spared for his blingy look. For the party, Karan had opted for a shimmery green jacket with a crisp white shirt, black bow, matching black pants and shoes, and a pair of stunning shades. However, a certain section of the society trolled him mercilessly for his outfit and tagged him with names like Christmas tree, green parrot, and green chilli.
