Jelly Roll had cheated on Bunny Xo during their marriage. In a podcast, she revealed the reason behind not leaving the singer despite his infidelity.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo’s relationship has always grabbed attention. The duo remained in the headlines for their constant fallouts and controversies. Despite their relationship going through a rough patch, Jelly and Bunnie were working hard on their marriage. But Jelly recently quietly filed for divorce in May 2026, in Williamson County, Tennessee. Amid the estranged couple’s divorce, their previous split gains attention.
Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll had been married for ten years and also renewed their vows in 2023. However, during their marriage, Jelly was unfaithful to Bunnie and cheated on her with another woman. Despite the cheating, Bunnie stayed with Jelly and was his rock. Though the couple split but they later reconciled and worked on their marriage.
The couple appeared on the Human School podcast in 2025, where Jelly spoke about his extra marital affair and how it was one of the worst moments of his life. In the same podcast, one of their fans asked Bunny why she didn’t leave the singer despite him cheating on her, she used Ozzy Osbourne song, No More Tears as part of her response and replied:
“It actually takes a stronger woman to face pain head-on, do the work, and rebuild with the man she loves — instead of running or gossiping. Growth isn’t weakness, it’s grace.”
In the same podcast, Jelly admitted about his infidelity and revealed that the couple had a brief split in 2018 because he cheated on Bunnie with another woman. Jelly Roll revealed that he was hanging around with a bunch of people who were cheating on their wives. The singer wished that the one thing he wanted never had happened was his extra-marital affair.
The singer also confessed of putting in a lot of hard work to mend their broken marriage, accepting that they were stronger than before and said:
“I wish our story would’ve went in the way that it never had an affair, and I’m in way glad it happened, but man, I’m proud of who we are today. I had put in a lot of work to repair and today we are stronger than we could have ever been.”
According to the court documents, Jelly filed for separation from Bunnie on May 18, 2026. The duo reportedly decided to keep the details of their separation private. The duo didn’t issue any statement regarding the same. But people have been blaming Jelly Roll for the split, citing that now that he has gotten his dream body and is moving on to new endeavours, he no longer needs her. A part of the public blamed him for allegedly leaving her behind amid his big future plans, while another section cited cheating. All of these are speculations and aren't based on any verified information.
Hours before the news of Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo’s divorce, she took to her Instagram stories and posted a stunning picture of herself, in which she was dressed in pink satin lingerie. With glamorous makeup and open hair, Bunnie added extra amount of hotness to her look. Along with it, Bunnie penned a note, which seems to be a dig at her husband, Jelly, ending their marriage. She wrote:
“She is getting her sparkle back."
