Bollywood Singer Ankit Tiwari Gets Married In A Secret Ceremony, Pictures Inside!

This is definitely the wedding season for our celebs, like literally!  After we witnessed the recent secret wedding of TV actor Gaurav Chopra with wife Hitisha, destination wedding of Mohit Marwah with girlfriend Antara Motiwala and desi wedding of Sasural Simar Ka couple, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim, we have another couple who just recently joined the bandwagon of Mr and Mrs. We are talking about Bollywood singer who crooned his melodious voice for the song Sun Raha Hai Na Tu from Aashiqui 2, Ankit Tiwari and his fiancée Pallavi Shukla.

After the cutesy couple got engaged on February 20, 2018, they pronounced each other as husband and wife on February 23, 2018. Ankit Tiwari's wedding was a big fat North Indian wedding in Kanpur. And we stumbled upon the first pictures of the couple which truly shows their happiness in all respects. He wore a traditional golden-coloured sherwani with a maroon colour men dupatta and a red safa. Ankit Tiwari's wife wore a traditional orange and maroon coloured embellished lehenga with a maang teeka and orange bangles complementing her overall bridal avatar. In an exclusive interview with Bollywoodlife, Ankit Tiwari also revealed about his arranged marriage and how his grandmother found the girl for him. He was quoted as saying, “For me and my family, it did not matter if it was an arranged marriage or not, but the happiness of both of us was everyone’s main concern, and I am glad grandma met Pallavi cause the moment she met the family we knew she is the one. I was always open to the idea of arranged marriage.” When asked what attracted him to Pallavi, he retorted, “Her simplicity and the way she gelled with the whole family just attracted me towards her, and that’s it we hit it off from there.”  Isn’t his reply cute? It reminds us of the film Vivah. It is so amazing to see such love stories still exist!

Being the composer of super hit songs, when asked which is that one song he would like to dedicate to his wife Pallavi, Ankit made the right choice and said, “Teri Galiyan is one song I would dedicate and sing to her.” Ankit Tiwari also shared more details about his wife and remarked, “We both are very family oriented as well as simple in our thoughts which attracts both of us towards each other.
