'Bigg Boss' Kannada winner, Pratham slammed reports of his marriage with late Chiranjeevi Sarja's wife, Meghana Raj and threatened to take legal action against channels spreading the same.
The year 2020 had taken away many precious gems from the entertainment industry, and one of them was South Indian actor, Chiranjeevi Sarja. The 39-year-old actor had suffered a cardiac arrest and had breathed his last on June 7, 2020. His untimely death had shocked all his fans, but it was his wife and actress, Meghana Raj, who got the biggest shock of her life.
At the time of Chiranjeevi Sarja's death, Meghana Sarja was expecting their first child, and the news of her husband’s untimely death had only shattered her dreams of starting a family with him. She had kept a brave face to deal with the biggest loss of her life and had given birth to their baby boy on October 22, 2020.

A few days back, there were reports that Meghana Raj was going to get married again. Many YouTube channels had claimed that the actress is all set to tie the knot with Bigg Boss Kannada winner, Pratham. However, the reality show winner took to his Twitter handle to rubbish the rumours and slammed them as fake news. Taking to his Twitter handle, Pratham shared a screenshot of the news and tweeted to take legal action against the channels spreading the same.
His Kannada tweet translated as "I thought of ignoring it!! But it got over 2.70 lakh views!!! Fighting legally is the only option when channels stoop low for views and money. It becomes a lesson to other channels when such videos are legally taken down."

On September 4, 2021, Meghana Raj had posted an adorable video of her baby boy. Along with the video, Meghana had penned an emotional note announcing her son's name and its meaning. Her note could be read as "Our Raayan Raj Sarja. As a mother it is important that i do things which is the best for my son… why not have the best of both worlds like how his parents enjoyed… people irrespective of their cast or religion have prayed for him … have prayed for our families… it is only fair that we ask blessings from all the gods above."
Sharing how his name belongs to all religions, Meghana had continued, "It was important for me to do this both ways… cause his father, our king believes that humanity matters above everything! Celebrate the best of both traditions! Spoken like a true king! Raayan (Sanskrit), the name also belongs to all religions… different versions, different pronunciations, but one solid meaning! Presenting our pride… our prince… our Raayan Raj Sarja! My baby, u will grow up to be like ur father, he loved people for who they are, and the kind of good work they do for humanity… not for what background they belonged to. He is a giver… he is already proud of you! Amma and appa love you! Its time to RULE! Lots of love Chiranjeevi Sarja and Meghana Raj."

Meghana Raj got married to the late Chiranjeevi Sarja in 2018.
