Now that a few more hours are left for the premiere of Bigg Boss 20, people have grown curious to know how much Bhaijaan earns. According to a report by Variety India, Salman is charging Rs. 15 crore per weekend for Bigg Boss 20. He is the highest-paid Bigg Boss host in India.
The second highest-paid Bigg Boss host is reportedly Sourav Ganguly. He is the new host of Bigg Boss Bangla 3. Previously, actor Mithun Chakraborty and Bengali actor Jeet hosted the show. He has been grabbing attention with his special weekly episodes known as Dadar Darbare. Popularly known as Dada, Sourav is earning Rs. 125 crore for the entire season.
Reportedly, Vijay Sethupathi, the host of Bigg Boss Tamil, is the third highest-paid Bigg Boss host. He has been hosting the show since Season 8. Now, Vijay has stepped in as the host of Bigg Boss Tamil 10. He is reportedly charging Rs. 3 to 4 crore per weekend and is charging Rs. 75 to 80 crore for the entire season.
Kichcha Sudeep is all set to host Bigg Boss Kannada 13. He has been part of the show since day 1. Yes, you read it right. Kichcha has been the host of Bigg Boss Kannada since Season 1. For the uninitiated, Bigg Boss Kannada Season 1 premiered in 2013. For Season 13, Kichcha is charging Rs. 20 crore per season and Rs. 2 crore per weekend.
Just like Kichcha Sudeep, Mohanlal has been part of the show, Bigg Boss Malayalam since day 1. For the unversed, Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1 premiered in 2018. Now, Mohanlal has stepped in as the host of Bigg Boss Malayalam 8. He will shoot for 20 days for the show. According to reports, the Malayalam superstar is charging Rs. 30 crore.
Nagarjuna Akkineni is stepping in as the host of Bigg Boss Tamil 10. He has been the host of the show since Season 3. As per reports, Nagarjuna is charging Rs. 35 crore. He is known for the special weekly episodes known as Weekend with Nagarjuna or Shanivaram/Adhivaram episodes.
Endemol Shine India, which is part of Banijay Entertainment, is bringing back Bigg Boss for its 20th anniversary with something completely new. For the first time in India, Bigg Boss will start at the same time in six different languages. The biggest highlight is that all six hosts will appear on television at the same time, along with Bigg Boss in their respective language versions.
