Ananya Panday Pens A Cute Birthday Wish For Sister Rysa Panday, Says 'You Still Look Like A Ladoo'

Sisters are our first best-friends! They are the advisors when nothing seems right, and a permanent teacher, who always guides us. Bollywood actor, Chunkey Pandey’s gorgeous daughter, Ananya Pandey shares a similar kind of love with her younger sister, Rysa Panday. On March 10, 2019, Ananya’s sister, Rysa Panday rung in,15th birthday, and the soon-to-be debutante made sure to make it a memorable day for her. Ananya flipped through the childhood album and posted a couple of throwback pictures with her baby sister. Along with it, she wrote, “15 years later - you still look like a ladoo, papa is still obsessed with us and I’m still so extra with my poses ‍happy birthday Rys, stop growing up now”. Ananya, who seems to shy, opened up about her crush on Kartik Aaryan. The actress appeared as a guest on Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show, Koffee With Karan season 6. On the same chat show, when Karan asked Ananya about the section of socity that might question her presence on his chat show where mostly Bollywood biggies appear, the actress gave a befitting response. She had said, “I agree with this section of people because I have not done anything. I don't deserve to be here.” 

Earlier, in an interview with SpotboyE, Ananya’s father, Chunkey talked about his daughter's first film, and he had said, “I am already feeling like a star's father. I am so excited. Ananya auditioned for it even before she had completed her 12th and I think she knew it quite soon that she has been cast. But you see, she is very good in her studies. She had even enrolled in University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and New York University (NYU) but since the movie was happening, we delayed her admission for a year. Now it remains to be seen if she ever goes there (laughs).”

He had further added, “Actually, she was quite clear that she wants to get into acting when she completed her 10th, but since she was a good student she had decided that she would never neglect studies. I think she got to know that she maybe on SOTY 2, just 2 days before her 12th exam started.”

Chunkey also had revealed about the advice he gave to his daughter, and had stated, “Ananya is a very happy soul, who won't get bogged down by insecurities. I have told her to not imitate anyone. She shouldn't hurt anybody. She shouldn't try to beat anybody else other than her ownself. I have told her: You will be writing your own story.”

For those who don’t know, Ananya is all set to make her acting debut with Punit Malhotra’s Student of the Year 2 under the banner of Dharma Productions. The actress has already made a huge fanbase for herself on social media and is termed as the millennial influencer for many.
