However, on July 8, 2022, Neetu took to her Instagram stories and shared a picture, giving a glimpse of the birthday gift that she received from her son and bahu. In the photo, we can see a bouquet of white roses along with a note that can be read as, ‘Happy birthday mom. Love you lots’. Along with the picture, Neetu penned atop it,

Neetu Kapoor celebrated her birthday in London with her extended family and shared a picture on her IG handle after having a scrumptious Chinese lunch. In the picture, we could see Karisma Kapoor and her Samaira and Kiaan, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and her daughter, Samara and among the others. Sharing the photo, she wrote:
"Birthday lunch with familia."
