On March 29, 2020, Twinkle revealed how her Sunday morning has been treating her. The writer shared a video, wherein we can see her filming the scene of deserted roads and she shared how her husband, Akshay is driving her home from the hospital as she got her foot injured. Along with it, she wrote, "Deserted roads all the way back from the hospital. Please don’t be alarmed, I am not about to kick the bucket because I really can’t kick anything at all!" Well, this isn't the first time when Twinkle has turned a gloomy situation into a witty piece. We remember how she had once revealed how terribly she is missing her husband. The actress had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a cute picture with Akshay. However, it was her way of expressing her love that made us gush. In an interview with Verve magazine, Twinkle had talked about her writing journey and what people thought of her. She had stated, "People expected Mrs Funnybones Two. Now that I’ve crossed that barrier, people don’t know what to expect of me. I write the way that I speak. What you see is what you get. But I still rely on research. The humour in a village will be different from that in an urban setting. To tackle this I use dialogue. That’s something I’ve worked on diligently. I didn’t know how good I was with dialogue when I started out, but I think I’ve improved now. Writers have little confidence. That’s why we write. Perhaps we are misfits in the real world and therefore we need to make up our own world to inhabit."
