This revelation left many upset, but fans found out photos and videos of the two attending events and celebrating occasions together.
For those who don't know, the couple was seen partying together on March 3, 2026, at a Holi event. Gaurav was seen dressed in casual ensembles, wearing shorts and a sleeveless shirt. On the other hand, Akanksha wore a babydoll dress with her usual half-tied hairstyle. In one of the snaps, Akanksha kissed Gaurav, and in another, they were seen playing with colours.
Not only this, Gaurav penned a heartfelt birthday note for Akanksha on January 18, 2026. Sharing sweet photos with her on Instagram, Gaurav penned a heartfelt note for his wife, and called him the CEO of remembering things that he forgot that he said. He added that she is the woman who is always right, even when she isn't. Gaurav further shared that the secret of their happy marriage is to find someone who can make you laugh. He wrote:

She went ont to reveal that she and Gaurav Khanna are parting ways. This left everyone on stage shocked, including the hosts, Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. Akanksha went on to reveal that she and Gaurav are divorcing, and they have been living separately for the past year. She said:
"Me and Gaurav are getting a divorce. We have been living separately for the last one year and it's not been public. Things are not bad between me and Gaurav. We still talk to each other. We don't think we are compatible as partners because we both see a very different future. And, unfortunately, it's not with each other."
Akanksha and Gaurav have been married for more than nine years. However, the two chose not to have children.
