Alanna Panday had posted a video where her mom, Deanne and her brother, Ahaan had come to her house. They had come to meet her and her baby boy, River. She handed them a photo frame that had the baby's sonogram and was captioned as "coming soon". Initially, Ahaan was not paying attention to the photo frame. When Alanna tells her mom to look at the photo frame which River was holding, she could not understand the message behind it. Neither of them pays much attention, as they are busy showering love on little River. When Alanna shows them the baby frame, Deanne looks shocked and then shows it to Ahaan. The actor then says:
"One more baby? I somehow asked Mom, ‘Is Alanna having another baby?’ Dude, you’re just popping out babies."
Netizens laugh at Ahaan's funny reaction to his sister, Alanna, revealing he will be an uncle for the second time. A fan wrote, "It's so funny how River keeps showing the photo frame of the ultrasound, and everyone thought he was just showing himself. Ahaan says, 'Bro, you're just popping out babies.' Ahaan, you need to be more chalant. I knew Ahaan saw it on the T-shirt but ignored it... didn't get a hint."
Another netizen found Ahaan's reaction to be cute and wrote, "One of the best reactions I've ever seen. This baby is so lucky to have this number of friends and family." A user was concerned for Ivor and wrote, "I felt like Ivor was being a bit left out in the entire video, like after telling every person they hugged Allana but not Ivor." A part of the comment also read:

Alanna was telling them to look at River's T-shirt that quoted, "Big brother always better" written. Alanna was seen calling her own friends and family to share the happy news. Alanna, in a joyful way, stated, "I knew it. I asked her the other day, ‘Are you pregnant?’ And she said, ‘Oh, are you calling me fat?’ But I knew it.”
Alanna's mom, Deanne was advising her not to carry River during the full pregnancy. She remembered how carrying Alanna during her pregnancy with Ahaan resulted in her premature delivery. Ahaan's reaction was loved by all, and some fans found it very funny. A user speaking on Alanna and Ahaan's bond had said, "So cute pregnancy reveal.
