Aamir Khan recently talked about his bonding with Salman Khan. He shared that the latter sends him gifts from his brand, Being Human regularly.
Aamir Khan, aka Mr. Perfectionist, has captivated the audience with his stellar performances on celluloid for the last four decades. The superstar has worked in some of Bollywood's blockbusters, including Andaz Apna Apna, Raja Hindustani, Taare Zameen Par, 3 Idiots, PK, Dangal, and many more. Apart from being a phenomenal actor, Aamir also wears the hats of being a filmmaker and a television personality.
More recently, the Bollywood superstar was seen on Kapil Sharma’s Netflix show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. On April 30, 2024, the comedian shared an extended cut of the same episode on his YouTube channel. In the segment, Aamir Khan was seen answering audiences' questions. Towards the end, one of the audience members said that Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have already worked together, and further questioned Aamir about his thoughts on working with the other two Khans. To this, Aamir said:
“Yaar main ek baat bataun, haal hi mein main Salman ko bhi mila, Shah Rukh ko bhi mila, hum teeno saath mein the aur maine kaha ki yaar hum teeno itne saalon se ek industry mein hai, ye audience ke liye bada galat ho jayega ki humlog apna career ke iss douraan hum ek film saath mein na karein, ek toh banti hai. Maine Salman se bhi baat ki hai, Shah Rukh se bhi ki hai toh unhone bola ki haan kahani dhundte hai aur karte hai.”

Earlier, reports stated that Aamir and Salman had a rift while they were shooting for their cult classic film, Andaz Apna Apna, some 30 years ago. However, at present, it seems the duo has become best buddies as Aamir shared that he received gifts from Salman Khan. While conversing with the audience on Kapil’s show, the superstar revealed that the jeans he was wearing at that moment were gifted by Salman from his brand, Being Human. In his words:
“Do din pehle Salman mere ghar aaya tha aur ye jeans usne mereko di, ye uska Being Human ki jeans hai. Jab bhi uska naya kuch collection aata hai, wo mere ghar pe aata hai pura dabba leke.”

Previously, during an interaction with Siddharth Kannan, Andaz Apna Apna actor, Shehzad Khan, who played the role of ‘Bhalla’ in the movie, talked about the rift between Aamir and Salman. He said that given the stardom of the two leads and their different personalities, things soured between the two lead actors. Sharing how he used to become a bridge between the two, he said:
“Sirf feel nahi kiya, aankhon se dekha hai. Kayi bar aisi cheezein hoti thi, ab Salman is Salman and Aamir is Aamir, I will not blame any of them. Hamare director sahab, aur director toh captain hota hai ship ka, kayi bar toh main inke beech bridge banta tha, toh cheezein nipat jati thi.”
Aamir Khan was last seen in the movie, Laal Singh Chaddha, alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, and it terribly tanked at the box office. However, his latest production, Laapata Ladies, has been garnering much love from the audience, and the film was recently released on the streaming platform, Netflix.
