On July 17, 2026, Kenny shared an Instagram Story showing Hannah in a hospital bed. The 13-year-old Hannah underwent surgery. On July 15, 2026, Armando shared a post asking for help securing an emergency medical travel visa.
Later, he also shared a detailed update about Hannah’s health crisis. A while back, Armando shared a video of Hannah filmed just hours before her hospitalization.
A while back, Armando Rubio took to his Instagram handle to share a video showing Hannah. A text atop can be read, "This video was filmed before Hannah's medical emergency. She had been so excited to make a 'Get Ready With Me' for her internet aunties. We never got to finish it, but I wanted to share her happy, sweet spirit." In the video, Hannah shared that she made a Get Ready With Me (GRWM) content for the first time and was a bit nervous. Armando captioned the post as:
"On Monday, (after asking us for weeks if she could) Hannah started filming a 'Get Ready With Me' for her internet aunties. We never got the chance to finish it or post it since we ran out of time that day, but we were planning on doing another video the next day. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to. I wanted to share this because this is my sweet girl, happy, full of life, and doing something she loves, which is makeup. She’s always been such a girly girl. Please continue to keep Hannah in your prayers. Cannot wait until she’s back home & she can start making the videos she wants for all of you again."
On July 15, 2026, 90 Day Fiancé star Armando Rubio shared a three-minute video on his Instagram handle. He began the video by thanking people for their kind words and prayers for his daughter, Hannah. In the same video, Armando explained that he went to the border to see about the humanitarian visa, but he could not get any type of visa. In his words:
"I know a lot of you have a lot of questions and are wondering, and I do appreciate all the nice comments and, and prayers for my Hannah. I did go to the border to see about the humanitarian visa, and unfortunately they told me that as of two years ago they took them out, like they don’t longer exist. So, you can’t get any of that type of visa at the ports of entry, so that plan failed."
Further in the video, Armando recalled receiving a call from Hannah, where she informed her father of not feeling well. For the uninitiated, Armando welcomed Hannah with his late ex-wife. Armando mentioned in the clip that after Hannah complained about her ill health, he noticed that her face was droopy. In his words:
"I was at my shop, and Hannah called me next door, and she said she wasn’t feeling good [and she was] crying. I noticed her face was droopy, half of her face and her lips and stuff, and half of her body had no strength, so we immediately took her to the doctor. When we got to the doctor, they did tell us her levels were normal in the sense of no high blood pressure, which was strange to the doctor because she said usually with stuff like this, it was something with the brain."
