Apart from Ma Don Seok’s professional feat, his personal life has always been a topic of discussion, especially his romantic rendezvous with model and influencer Ye Jung Hwa. Now, the industry is rife, that the much-in-love couple is all set to take their relationship to the next level.
Ma Dong Seok is all set to tie the knot with the love of his life, Ye Jung Hwa. As per the reports from News1, the couple will be having a private ceremony in May. This ceremony was long overdue as the couple planned to get hitched in 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic derailed their plans. Talking about the couple’s wedding plans, their agency penned:
“The couple will be getting married in May. The wedding will be held in a quiet private ceremony.”

For the unversed, Ma Dong Seok and Ye Jung Hwa are legally married. The couple registered their wedding in 2021 amid the pandemic. On the 12th Annual Beautiful Artist Awards held on October 20, 2022, Ma Dong Seok revealed that he was married to Ye Jun when he took the centre stage to accept the prestigious Film Artist Award. Ma Dong Seok exclaimed:
“Thank you to my colleagues, as well as my family and my wife Ye Jung Hwa whom I Love.”
Ma Dong Seok caused a stir among his fans when, in 2016, he announced his relationship with model and influencer Ye Jung Hwa. Their relationship was controversial, to say the least, as Yeh Jung Hwa is 17 years younger than Ma Dong Seok, but the duo paid no heed to the negativity and continued to focus on their relationship. Later in 2021, the couple registered for their wedding, and talking about the same, their agency declared:
“Ma Dong Seok and Ye Jung Hwa registered their marriage last year. Due to their busy schedules, they plan to hold a wedding at a later time.”

Ma Dong Seok is currently preparing for the release of his movie, The Roundup: Punishment. The cast and crew are promoting the movie, which is all set to release on screens on April 24, 2024. Ye Jung Ha also accompanied Ma Dong Seok to the promotional campaigns.
