Sanjeeda Shaikh is one of the much-loved actresses in the television industry. The actress won hearts with her performances in the series like Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa, Kayamath, Ek Hasina Thi, and Love Ka Hai Intezaar. Apart from that, she was also seen in movies like Taish and Fighter. Talking about her personal life, Sanjeeda got married to her longtime beau, Aamir Ali, in 2012. And in 2020, it was revealed that the ex-couple had welcomed their baby girl, Ayra Ali, via surrogacy. Moreover, in the year 2020, Sanjeeda and Aamir left their entire fanbase heartbroken after they announced their separation, followed by their divorce in 2021. Although, Sanjeeda likes to keep her personal life hush-hush, recently, she opened up about the tough time she had to face during her divorce.
In a recent interview with Galatta, Sanjeeda Shaikh revealed that whatever happened to her was just her experience, and it only made her a good person. The actress also added that during her tough time, she lost a lot of friends, and she is happy with the fact that no one of them is in her life. Sharing that she is better off without them, Sanjeeda stated:
"There are people who aren't my friends anymore. I should just send love to them for not being in my life anymore because I am better without them. I am so happy now. These are the experiences in life that teaches you. You don't need so many people. It's good what they did to me."

Going further in the interview, Sanjeeda Shaikh mentioned that there had been a phase of her life, wherein she used to wonder why people would unnecessarily talk about her when she was silent. The actress said that later, she realised that silence is the best answer to everything, no matter what, people are going to judge. Sanjeeda also mentioned that she is in a good position in her life now and surrounded by good people. Talking more about the same, Sanjeeda added:
"You just have to groom yourself. I am glad I am surrounded by good people in my life. I am done making too many friends or socialising."
For those who don't know, Sanjeeda Shaikh has been speculated to be dating Harshvardhan Rane for a couple of years now. The reports started making the headlines after an alleged photo of the duo from their vacation surfaced online. Although, neither of the alleged couples ever confirmed or denied the same, in an interview with News18, Harshvardhan reacted to the constant gossip about him and Sanjeeda. Harshvardan had said:
"It does not bother me because it is the job of journalists to write and they also have a weekly deadline and daily quota or target of stories to submit. I see them as humans who are trying to do a job, just like my job is to be in films."
Sanjeeda never really talked about the relationship rumours between her and Harshvardhan Rane. But it was back in July 2023 when Sanjeeda took to her IG handle and dropped some hot photos of herself as she slipped into a bralette, which she paired with jeans. Sharing the photos, Sanjeeda penned, 'Privacy Is Power', thereby indirectly hitting back at the gossip around her.

In an old interview with ETimes, Sanjeeda's ex-husband, Aamir Ali, once stated that he was not allowed to meet his daughter, Arya. The actor mentioned that he didn't want to play the victim card, as he knows that a man is the one to get all the blame. He concluded by saying that he wished his daughter had the best life with her mom.
