The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein stars, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and Vivek Dahiya worked together on the show and soon started having hots for each other. It was in 2016, that Vivek had revealed how he and Divyanka were set up by their co-star, Pankaj Bhatia. Vivek had remarked, “When a co-actor suggested that Divyanka and I should meet as both of us were single, my first reaction was 'What!' I had never thought of having an arranged marriage because I feel in today's times you need to take your time, know a person and not rush into it.”
He had further added, “But he insisted that we at least go for a coffee and we did. We had met with the perspective of seeing other as a life partner and in the first meeting itself I was largely convinced that she is the one for me. Now, Vivek and Divyanka have taken to their respective Instagram handles to share a picture and a video wherein we can see them twinning in white. While Divyanka is looking ethereal in a white suit, Vivek, on the other hand, is looking dapper in a white t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans. Vivek shared the below picture and captioned it as, “Jaat aur uski Mrs.! #Rajdoot #ThoseWereTheDays.” On the other hand, Divyanka has posted a video, to which she captioned, “#ArmWrestlings be like.” Checkout:
In an interview with Pinkvilla lately, Divyanka and Vivek talked about romancing each other on screen. When Vivek was asked if he would romance Divyanka on screen, here’s what he had said, “I don't know when that opportunity will come. It should be right for both of us. And further jokingly he had added, “I feel it is easier to romance other people's wives (laughs) than your own onscreen. I hope the audience is taking me in a positive spirit. The thing is I love her, and it is very authentic and real. So, I don't know how I will fake it, it becomes difficult.”
To which Divyanka nodded and was quoted as saying, “It is very difficult to fake real emotions. Also, what happens is when we act, we tend to judge our co-actors if we don't like something. And if a couple is shooting then we might end up telling them what we don't like while shooting which we might perhaps not do with our co-star. On March 4, 2019, when Divyanka bagged 10 million followers on Instagram, the proud hubby took to his Instagram and shared a post. He had posted a lovely picture with her and captioned it as, “Today I am a proud husband but even a prouder co-actor! There are very few who can become role models and I truly feel you have for many. I have seen the struggles and yet through all the difficulties and challenges, you have maintained that constant smile!
