Bigg Boss 11 contestants, Puneesh Sharma and Bandgee Kallra were hailed as one of the most adorable couples in the television industry. The duo fell in love with each other on the show and proved that true relationships can be made in the BB house. However, after enjoying a togetherness of more than five years, Puneesh and Bandgee called it off and broke the heart of their fans. Now, he opened up about his breakup and revealed the reason behind the same.
In an interview with ETimes, Puneesh Sharma opened up about his relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Bandgee Kallra and revealed the reason behind their breakup. Talking about the same, the social media influencer shared that there is no specific reason behind their separation. Puneesh added that they both want different things in their life. Mentioning that Bandgee is serious about her career in Mumbai and he is based in Delhi, Puneeh said:
"Bandgee and I were together for five years. There is no specific reason for ending the relationship. Bandgee is serious about her career in Muumbai and I am mostly in Delhi because of my business. My parents are also in Delhi. They are growing old, and hence I decided to stay with them in Delhi."

Further, in the same interview, Puneesh shared that he has been juggling between Mumbai and Delhi. However, it is not possible for him to shift his base to Mumbai. He revealed that they parted ways as a long-distance relationship was not working for them. Elaborating more about it, Puneesh said:
"I have been shuttling between Mumbai and Delhi as I have opened a production house. It is not possible for me to be stationed in Mumbai. We decided that the long-distance relationship won't work in the long run and that's why we decided to go our separate ways."
For the unversed, it was on July 22, 2023, when the popular Bigg Boss couple, Puneesh Sharma and Bandgee Kallra announced their separation. Taking to her Instagram handle, the diva shared a picture note. In the picture note, the actress shared that she and Puneesh have mutually decided to end their relationship. She also stated that she will always cherish the time that she spent with Puneesh and will always support him in his life. Further, she requested her fans to respect their privacy and not speculate things about their breakup. Puneesh also reshared the post on his IG handle to share the news with his fans. Earlier, in an interview with The Times of India, Bangee had opened up about her marriage plans with Puneesh Sharma. Talking about the same, the diva stated that there is no need to get married as they are already staying together. Mentioning that they are happy together, Bandgee had said:
"What's the need of getting married? Shaadi karke saath hi rehna hai. Woh ab bhi reh rahe hain. I don't see the point in getting married just for that stamp of approval."
