In IVF the eggs of a a woman are fertilised with the sperm of her male partner in a small dish at a laboratory. In surrogacy, it is another woman who carries the child for the couple, wanting a child.
Sohail Khan and his wife, Seema had suffered from secondary infertility. Though they had their elder son, Nirvaan, the duo had opted for IVF and welcomed their younger son, Yohan in 2011.
In 2016, Tusshar Kapoor had paved the way for all the single fathers, who want to embrace motherhood. He had welcomed his first child, Laksshya via surrogacy.
Shilpa and her husband, Raj already had a son, Viaan. The actress decided to opt to surrogacy and in 2020, Shilpa and Raj welcomed a daughter through the same. They have named her Samisha.

Sunny and her her husband, Daniel have been quite vocal about their fertility issues. The duo had adopted a girl, Nisha and opted for surrogacy to welcome their sons, Noah and Asher in 2018.
