Indian cricketer, Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash have unfollowed each other on Instagram, amid their rumoured relationship.
Yuzvendra Chahal and influencer, RJ Mahvash have often made headlines since the past few months for their rumoured relationship. However, it looks like the Indian cricketer, Yuzi and RJ Mahvash have put an end to their friendship by unfollowing each other on Instagram. For the unversed, the two first grabbed attention after Yuzvendra's divorce with choreographer, Dhanashree Verma.
Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash have been linked together since quite some months. The duo first grabbed attention when they were spotted enjoying a cricket match. Later, their dating rumours intensified when Yuzi and RJ Mahvash went on a trip together and shared snaps from it.
Even though the internet was convinced that the two are dating, Yuzvendra and RJ Mahvash always remained tight-lipped. However, it looks like things are not well between the two, as they have unfollowed each other on social media. This suggests that the two have officially parted ways and ended their rumoured relationship.
For those who do not know, in August 2025, Yuzvendra Chahal had a candid conversation with Raj Shamani on his podcast, during which he had opened up about his bond with RJ Mahvash. He had shared that he felt bad that RJ Mahvash had to go through intense trolling at that time. Yuzi had also mentioned that his bond with the influencer helped him get out of the dark phase of his divorce with Dhanashree. Yuzvendra Chahal had shared:
"It happened for the first ki main kisi ke saath dikha and vahan se logon ne start kardia. We were trending. Ab rone toh nahi lagenge na, logon ko link up karna hai karo. Unhone bhi clear kia hai. It was very hard for her. Unko house-breaker, homewrecker bola gaya, bahut ganda ganda bola gaya, ab yeh Yuzi ke saath kyu aayi hai. I felt bad, ki jiss dost ne mujhe help kia to get out of this, aapne usi se link up kardia."
In June 2025, RJ Mahvash was going through intense trolling when netizens pointed out that ace bowler, Yuzvendra Chahal made her career by being friends with him. At that time, RJ Mahvash had taken to her social media account and revealed that she had been in the industry for years. She further explained that she had built her career without the help of any cricketer. Later, she shared an Instagram Story, in which she expressed her disappointment towards the dating rumours. An extract from her note is:
"Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It’s literally funny to see how baseless are these rumours. If you get seen with an opposite gender, so you are dating that person? I am sorry what year is this?"
For those who do not know, Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash grabbed attention in early 2025, when they were spotted at the Champions Trophy final. Later, RJ Mahvash was seen supporting Yuzi during IPL 2025. For the unversed, she had shared an Instagram post, in which she was seen supporting Yuzi's team and her caption included a special mention of the cricketer. However, their dating rumours intensified when the two posted snaps from their vacation in London. While they were not seen in the same photo, some eagle-eyed fans noticed that the duo shared photos from the same location.
