Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleYouTubers PrestonPlayz and BriannaPlayz are currently going through one of the best phases of their lives. The couple, whose real names are Preston and Brianna Arsement, revealed that they are going to be parents. The gamers' rep confirmed the joyous news to PEOPLE.
PrestonPlayz and BriannaPlayz are expecting their first child together after 8 years of marriage. According to the couple’s rep, the baby will arrive next year, in March 2027. In an interview with PEOPLE, Preston and Brianna confessed that they can't wait to become parents and said that the baby news felt like it was a long time coming. They added:
“I’m beyond thrilled for this next chapter. Preston and I have been married for over eight years now, so in some ways it feels like a long time coming. At the same time, I’m incredibly grateful that we had so many years that were just the two of us.”
Speaking about their relationship, Brianna said that they had the opportunity to travel, work together, and have many adventures and experiences in this life side by side. However, most recently, they began feeling like there was something missing, leading them to think that they were ready to take the next step.
According to Brianna, she and Preston are open to the possibility of having more kids in the future. This is why they think that it's the perfect time to start growing their family. Brianna reportedly found out that she was pregnant while she was hosting her parents and a couple of international guests. As their home was filled with so many people, she decided to take a test one morning before going to work.
She did not share the happy news with Preston immediately, as she wanted to wait until she finished her work and came home to surprise her husband. BriannaPlayz explained:
“That evening, I came home and staged some baby clothes, a Bible verse, and the positive pregnancy test in our closet so I could surprise Preston. I wanted to make the moment as special as I could, even though we couldn’t be quite as loud and celebratory as we normally would have been with a house full of guests!”
Brianna also opened up about how it was “so exciting” to tell her and Preston’s parents that they were expecting. The couple made things a bit more stressful by trying to do the reveal in the guise of a toy unboxing video for Brianna's YouTube channel. She said:
“Telling both sets of our parents was especially sweet. We told them they were filming a toy unboxing video for the Brianna YouTube channel. They went through two rounds of completely normal toy unboxings — from NeeDohs to mystery dumplings — and then the third box contained our pregnancy announcement and the first sonogram of the baby.”
The mom-to-be said that their parents were caught completely off guard. And it was their reactions that made the moment all the more special. BriannaPlayz shared that she and Preston’s parents were not only really excited but also said that they had been praying for a grandbaby.
Preston and Brianna are yet to find out the sex of their first child. Brianna revealed that in the near future, she wants to do something special and private with PrestonPlayz before they have a grand reveal for their family and friends. Brianna already has a plan to turn it into a fun video and have everyone guessing Team Boy or Team Girl.
The gaming YouTuber revealed that Preston claims that they are going to have a baby boy. However, he did have a dream that they had a baby girl. Brianna said that she thinks it could be a sign. The couple is also looking at names for their baby. And as they look into the next chapter, Brianna is feeling grateful and excited, with a “little anxiety.”
