But now it seems like Kuldeep had his entire focus on the 2026 T20 World Cup tournament, and thus, he and his fiancee had put their wedding on hold. After the Men in Blue won the tournament against New Zealand in Ahmedabad, Kuldeep and his fiancee, Vanshika, allegedly found a reason to have double celebrations.
According to a report by India Today, Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika Chadha’s wedding festivities kick off on March 13, 2026, with the haldi and mehendi ceremony. And as per the same outlet, the celebrity couple is all set to get married on March 14, 2026. The wedding ceremony will be held at a resort in Mussoorie. However, they have decided to keep the ceremony private. As per reports, the couple’s wedding guest list would include their close family members and Kuldeep's teammates like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli and some eminent members from the BCCI.
As per reports, after their private wedding ceremony in Mussoorie, Kuldeep and Vanshika would host a lavish reception party on March 17, 2026, at Hotel Centrum in Lucknow. According to a report by TOI, Kuldeep Yadav’s father, Ram Singh Yadav, personally invited UP CM Yogi Adityanath to his son and daughter-in-law, Vanshika’s reception.
According to a report by News18, the Indian cricketer’s fiancée, Vanshika, hails from Kanpur’s Shyam Nagar. Currently, she is employed as an officer at the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India. As per media reports, she went to Australia for further studies after completing her schooling. And she joined the LIC after returning to India. It is worth mentioning that Vanshika prefers to keep her personal life low-key and thus, very little information about her is available online.
Reportedly, Kuldeep and Vanshika have been together since childhood. The duo were friends while growing up, and slowly and steadily, their close friendship blossomed into love. On June 4, 2025, the couple exchanged rings in a private ceremony held in their hometown, Lucknow. The couple’s private engagement ceremony was attended by their family and close friends. For the special intimate ceremony, Vanshika dazzled in an orange-hued lehenga with zardosi and gota patti work, while Kuldeep looked dapper in an ivory, embroidered bandhgala suit. It is worth mentioning that the couple had two separate engagement ceremonies. For the Christian engagement ceremony, Vanshika wore a stunning white gown, while Kuldeep donned a classic black suit. Earlier, this year, in 2026, reports surfaced claiming that the couple was expected to tie the knot in January.
