Part 2 of the movie, which is named Dhurandhar: The Revenge has already left people excited, with hopes being high about the plot. Part 2 of Dhurandhar will trace 'Hamza Ali Mazari's history, amalgamating it with his present, where he will take revenge on Major Iqbal and his boss, Bade Sahab.

While previously no details were available, as per a recent report, Letterboxd accidentally ended up revealing surprising information about Dhurandhar Part 2, which aligns with the audience's constantly asked question, 'Who will play the role of 'Bade Sahab' in Dhurandhar 2'?
In Part 1 of Dhurandhar, Akshaye Khanna played the role of 'Rehman Dakait', and Ranveer Singh played the role of 'Hamza Ali Mazari', who ended up killing him. Now, as per the movie, 'Hamza's next target is 'Bade Sahab'. There have been a whole lot of speculations about 'Bade Sahab's role in the movie. Earlier, it was speculated that 'Bade Sahab' could be a code name either for Dawood Ibrahim or for Maulana Masood Azhar. While nothing much is known, recently the film’s Letterboxd page revealed who might play the role.
With Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Danish Pandor, and Rakesh Bedi are reprising their respective roles, there are some new additions as well. Now, as per Letterboxd, Yami Gautam might be seen in a cameo role, while Raj Zutshi can play the role of a Pakistani general. Now, coming to the biggest surprise, it has been revealed on Letterboxd that the role of 'Bade Sahab' will be played by Emraan Hashmi. To mention, there's no official confirmation about this just yet, and this was just information on Letterboxd, which grabbed the attention. Aditya Dhar and the team are yet to react to the alleged leaked information.
Dhurandhar 2 will track 'Hamza Ali Mazari's past, and also the present. He, who is an Indian spy in the movie and is on the track of revenge after 26/11 in Mumbai. He already killed Akshaye Khanna's 'Rehman Dakait', and now, he will take revenge on 'Major Iqbal' and 'Bade Sahab'. To mention, earlier, reports claimed that the movie might be made on a budget of Rs. 0, given the fact that it was stated that Part 2 was already completed with Part 1 itself. Aditya Dhar reportedly wanted to release both the movies at one go, which he couldn't do, given the long duration.
The streaming rights have already been bought by JioHotstar in exchange for Rs. 150 crore, which is one of the biggest OTT deals. The movie's teaser left people disappointed, given that it was the post-credit scene which was already shown in Part 1 of the movie. The movie already faced several challenges, with BMC demanding Aditya Dhar's production house B62's permanent blocking over safety violations. Apart from that, the movie also faced several challenges earlier, including a legal issue over using crackers, which was reportedly later promised to be handled by VFX, and the unapproved use of a drone in a high-security area.
