Her dad, Leonard Loos Bartholi, was a Dutch diplomat, while her mother, Elizabeth Loos, is from Surrey, located in England. Rebecca has a multicultural heritage in the European domain. She grew up in Madrid and attended Runnymede College, a famous and prestigious British international school.
