Before coming into the media spotlight, she worked in the medical field as a certified surgical technologist. Eventually, she built a successful career online and now also co-hosts The Viall Files podcast with her husband, Nick Viall.
She was born in 1998. Depsite no mutual connections, she connected with Nick in 2020 after reaching out to him on Instagram. Initailly, their age gap was an issue for Nick, but they quickly formed a close bond. Since then Natalie has she has often shared photos and videos from her personal life and family with his fans and followers. She and Nick also worked together as co-hosts on Netflix's Age of Attraction. It marked one of their many collaboration in the entertainment world.
Natalie Joy and Nick Viall's relationship began in a modern way. The former sent him a direct message on Instagram. But, Nick initially believed that their connection would remain casual. Still, they continued to spend time together. Gradually, they developed a deeper bond. The couple once admitted that the age difference made Nick hesitant at first. However, it was never an issue for Natalie, who had seen it in her family.
Eventually, they made their romance public in 2021, and they continued to build their future together. Soon, Nick popped the question to Natalie in January 2023 at a romantic candlelight dinner. Later, the couple welcomed their daughter, River Rose, in February 2024. In turn, after a few months, the couple married on April 27, 2024, in a private ceremony at Natalie's family farm in Georgia, since they have often spoken fondly about their married life on their podcast and social media platforms.
Natalie Joy and Nick Viall recently shared their joy over welcoming twin daughters, Iris Parker Viall and Dove Tomlin Viall, on June 30, 2026. It became a deeply emotional moment for the couple who experienced three miscarriages in 2025.
They had earlier shared that they experienced pregnancy losses in January, March and August of 2025. Later, Natalie got candid about the emotional toll of the miscarriages on her, while Nick also described the heartbreak on The Viall Files podcast. In fact, they leaned on their daughter, River, for strength.
The couple surprised fans in February 2026 after they announced that they were expecting twins. Natalie shared that the pregnancy was natural despite their previous struggles and described their newborn daughters as "rainbow babies".
