She was one of the three people in a Lamborghini SUV who came under the gunfire when she was leaving a party during the early hours on July 5, 2026. Although the two other occupants managed to survive, DreamDoll Bri had died. Meanwhile, the police are trying to find out who was behind the attack and why she was killed.
Brianna Johnson, better known online as DreamDoll Bri or ItGirlBri, was a rising social media personality from South Florida. She has built a strong following by sharing fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and luxury travel content across different platforms. In fact, her glamorous posts, modelling photos and nightlife updates helped her gain more than 370,000 followers on TikTok and 85,000 followers on Instagram.
Apart from making digital content, Brianna was also learning music. She was best known for the viral track "Bend Ova," which became a popular sound on TikTok.
At the same time, Brianna had established herself as a rising talent in the influencer industry at 21. In fact, she was seen as one of South Florida's rising online personalities.
According to the Miramar Police Department, the shooting occurred around 5:30 a.m. It was on July 5, 2026. As per their finding, Brianna was sitting inside a fluorescent green Lamborghini SUV with two men after leaving a party at an Airbnb. Eventually, when the vehicle reached an intersection. Soon another car reportedly pulled up alongside it and opened fire.
In fact, the police also said that multiple shots were fired at the Lamborghini. However, the car continued for nearly a block before it crashed into a stop sign. Later, the officers went to the accident site after they received a ShotSpotter alert and found that all three occupants sustained critical injuries. They were immediately rushed to nearby hospitals, where Brianna died.
However, the two other male passengers survived the attack. So, they expected to assist investigators after their recovery. Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss said investigators believe the Lamborghini was intentionally targeted. But the exact motive again remains unclear. Still, they are trying to find out if the suspects were following the vehicle before the shooting or targeted it after it left the party.
The firing incident and Brianna Johnson's case remain active. However, there are no arrests in the case. Instead, police are looking for the occupants of a white sedan believed to have been involved in the shooting.
On the other hand, detectives are reviewing the surveillance footage from nearby homes and businesses. At the same time, they are checking the license plate reader data to track the suspect's movements. Cops are also looking into any possible incident that might have taken place before the shooting.
Now, they are expected to interview the two surviving passengers once their medical conditions allow. In fact, their statement can give key details about the attackers and the events leading up to the shooting.
The police have not confirmed any online speculation suggesting Brianna was specifically targeted or "set up". Instead, they have requested that the public avoid spreading unverified claims while the case is under investigation.
