A long time after his appearance on the Summer House Season 10 reunion, West Wilson was spotted in an Instagram breakdown of the Summer House scandal by The Broadcast Boys on Instagram on June 24, 2026. Notably, the hosts, Lucas Brody and Nelson Vergara, questioned West Wilson’s romance with Amanda Batula, which was hidden from the public for a long time.
Amid all this, West Wilson opened up on the existence of the alleged video featuring Amanda Batula. The reality star claimed that the video was one of the reasons why everything happened so fast. West was heard saying:
“I haven’t seen it but I’ve heard from credible sources it does. It’s very illegal, I’d like to note. From what I’ve been told it was Amanda and I canoodling in my apartment from one of my neighbors across the street. That’s what kinda kicked off everything into panic, rush mode.”
West said he never expected the intimate moments would be recorded by someone. West also stated that it has been a rule in New York where people are allowed to see each other through windows and balconies. However, they are not allowed to record anything at all.
While West Wilson discussed the video recently, the reports of it first emerged in April 2026. A report by TMZ stated that Ciara Miller allegedly saw the video, which also had Amanda Batula. Notably, West and Amanda were unaware of being filmed by someone, whose identity remains unknown.
Although details of the video were not revealed at the time, the outlet reported that Amanda apologised to Ciara via text. Amanda told Ciara that she never intended to hurt her, and she wanted to clarify how she felt about West before the situation took a worse turn. Notably, the Summer House Season 10 reunion had not started filming during that period.
After the premiere of Summer House Season 10 reunion in May 2026, Ciara Miller opened up about the current state of her bond with Amanda Batula. As mentioned, the duo used to be close friends, and Ciara confirmed in an interview that they are not friends anymore. She further stated:
“I wouldn’t do this to my worst enemy. I’m excited to put it all behind me. The reunion was quite the day, but we’re on to bigger and better, and you know, we can say goodbye to certain things.”
