Coming to the entertainment industry, then this year was supposed to be the year of a lot of celebrity weddings. But it seems like the on-going coronavirus pandemic has changed the whole course of this year. Recently, we heard the news of Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha’s marriage getting postponed to next year and it seems like we have another couple, who is following their footsteps. The beautiful couple is none other than, Varun Dhawan and his lady love, Natasha Dalal.
There were a lot of rumours and reports that both the families have agreed for a May date for the couple’s marriage in Jodhpur. Now, according to a recent report from sources of SpotboyE revealed that the wedding has been pushed to a mid-December 2020 due to coronavirus. One of the reliable sources has revealed, "About the location, nothing is fixed. As of now, there is a thought process of shifting the venue back to Thailand. But all that depends on how the Coronavirus spread fizzles out and what is the travel advisory at that time. No wonder, there are chances that the wedding could even postpone to next year also, as the situation is tragic at the moment. Talking about the reason behind this decision goes to the fact that so far nothing can be predicted about this pandemic. But it feels like till December things will get a little better and people will be allowed to travel outside the country. So far in India, no major celebrity has been tested positive to coronavirus but the number of cases is rising with every passing day. and currently, the infected toll stands on 166.
