Tyson Fury's daughter, Venezuela's marriage drew comparisons with her mother, Paris Fury's wedding as a teen.
Heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury was back in the chatter after making a strong comeback with a dominant victory over Arslanbek Makhmudov in April 2026. Just weeks later, the 37-year-old is once again making headlines, this time it'sbecause of his teen daughter, Venezuela Fury'sFury, and her marriage to her boyfriend (now husband), Noah Price, 19. As details of the ceremony circulated on the internet, chatter about Tyson's own marriage resurfaced. The reason for the same is that his wife, Paris Fury was also a teenager when she tied the knot with him.
Venezuela Fury, the daughter of Tyson Fury and his wife, Paris Fury, married 19-year-old amateur boxer, Noah Price at just 16. The wedding seemed controversial to many due to the young couple's ages. However, her parents stood by her as pillars of support, having once gone through a similar phase. Venezuela's mom, Paris was 17 years old when she got engaged to an 18-year-old Tyson Fury. After two years of living as fiancés, the couple got married in a traditional ceremony in Paris' hometown of Doncaster in November 2008. At that time, she was 19, and he was 20.
The childhood sweethearts met as teenagers and have been together for two decades as of May 2026. Notably, they have renewed their vows twice, the first being in New York in 2013. Recently, the couple celebrated their second wedding renewal in Nice, France, in August 2025. A few months later, the couple hosted a lavish wedding for their eldest daughter, Venezuela Fury. As they understood the scrutiny surrounding teen weddings, they defended their 16-year-old Ward's decision to tie the knot with Noah Price.
The wedding of Venezuela Fury, the 16-year-old daughter of Tyson and Paris Fury, created significant tensions within the Fury family due to her young age, as per The Times of India. While the wedding went ahead smoothly, it was not free from its share of drama. The chatter around the happy occasion was partly overshadowed by a family feud sparked by her grandfather, John Fury's disapproval of her and Noah Price's union. John strongly opposed the marriage, calling Venezuela "still a baby." He described the couple's ages as a major concern on At Home with the Furys.
"They're children! I don't think she's mature enough for anything like - she's still a baby," John stated when he learned about Venezuela's decision to get married at 16. When her father, Tyson tried to defend her saying that she would be 16, John made a fiery remark. He mentioned, "On my watch a 15-year-old should never have a boyfriend, never." According to him, Venezuela shouldn't even be dating at 15, let alone getting married. Although her grandfather was against her teenage wedding, her parents were largely supportive.
Besides Venezuela's father trying to convince John Fury of her decision, her mother, Paris Fury, also publicly backed her. Paris defended her daughter, saying she was sensible enough to make her own life choices. She also cited her own experience of getting engaged at 17, and noted Venezuela's maturity in helping raise her six younger siblings. Speaking about the same on This Morning, Paris Fury stated:
"Venezuela is so mature for her years. She's done so much in such a short time just because of who she is and the fact that she's got six younger brothers and sisters that she's helped bring up."
Amid the family feud over Venezuela Fury's wedding, she solidified her stance of standing by her decision. Just one hour after marrying amateur boxer Noah Price, she made a big move by officially changing her surname to Price on Instagram. Her new username is @venezuelaprice1 while she kept Venezuela Fury as her display name.
