Recently, Twinkle Khanna, who shares a beautiful relationship with her mother, Dimple Kapadia, revealed an interesting anecdote from her early life before becoming a star. The gorgeous actress-turned-writer, Twinkle shared an excerpt from a book, which talks about her relationship with Dimple Kapadia and how she was spotted holding her heavy luggage at airports.
Over the years, we have seen the unapologetic side of Twinkle, whether it is her books, her award night speeches or her mini-blogs on Instagram. On November 28, 2021, Twinkle shared a glimpse of a book written by Bhavana Somayaa, On Camera Off Camera. The book excerpt revealed how the writer had met Twinkle and her mother, Dimple, at Mumbai airport in 1994. The writer beautifully narrated the whole experience, when she had seen a young Twinkle weighed down by the heavy luggage on her shoulder.
The writer revealed that she had advised Twinkle to enjoy her freedom until she became a star. Twinkle gave a hilarious reply and said that she doesn't know about the future as currently, she is serving as a spot boy for her mother.
"I can't say about the future but at the moment I'm serving as a spot boy for my star mother, because my mother doesn't like checking bags, she hates waiting on landing, so here I am playing the coolie for the queen."
The writer also added that Twinkle's sense of humour was like her late father, Rajesh Khanna. For the unversed, Twinkle had acted in quite a few films, before she retired. The gorgeousness happily switched from the roads of acting to the journey of writing.
Twinkle had tied the knot with superstar, Akshay Kumar on January 17, 2001. The duo is parents to a 19-year-old son, Aarav and a 9-year-old daughter, Nitara.
