Everyone dreams of buying their own house, and Karan Kundrra just fulfilled his dream. There was a buzz around the Tinseltown that the television actor, Karan is going to buy a swanky new apartment in Bandra, and the news has just got confirmed. It's more of a reason for the adorable couple to celebrate.

Karan Kundrra purchased a fancy and expensive new flat in Bandra, Mumbai. The cost of his new house might leave you stunned. As per a report in ETimes, a real estate expert, Varun Singh revealed the details of Karan's apartment. Talking about the same, the founder of SquareFeatIndia.com said:
"Documents accessed by us show that the flat bought by Karan Kundrra is located on the 12th floor of the building named 81 Aureate located in Bandra. Kundrra paid Rs. 14 crore for the apartment."
Karan had paid the stamp duty on May 13, 2022, and since then, the speculations of him buying a swanky apartment had been buzzing around. The television actor had to pay Rs. 81.81 lakhs for registration. However, Karan Kundrra will get access to the three-car parking along with other amenities. The area of the apartment is 5238 sq ft.

Reportedly, 81 Aureate gives one of the most luxurious housing experiences. This high-rise tower stands at the centre of Bandra. Apart from Karan Kundrra, other celebrities have also flats under their name in the same apartment. The fancy apartment is spaced out over 26 floors. However, Karan had got himself a flat on the 12th floor to get a marvellous view of the sea.
On the professional front, Karan Kundrra is now hosting the dance reality show, Dance Deewane Junior.
